1NEW® 900 GREY OEM RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is specially formulated on a neutral basis according to Japanese, American and European OEM requirements.  It is ideally suited for gasket replacement for cam or transmission covers, thermostat housings, intake manifold seals, oil pans, and water pumps. It is safe for oxygen sensors. It resists all automotive fluids except gasoline. It resists cracking, shrinking and migrating caused by thermal cycling up to 650оF (343оС).

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Remove old gasket and clean thoroughly surface from old material, oil and dirt.

2.  Remove can and puncture cartridge seal and screw on nozzle and cut to desired bead size.

3.  Apply continuous and even bead of silicone to one surface around perimeter surrounding bolt holes. Wait 10 minutes to allow silicone to dry.

4.  Reassemble parts.

5.  After use replace cap.

NOTE: 

Leave thickness for gasket when reassembling. Do not over-tighten bolts. Silicone dries to touch in 10-20 minutes. Allow 24 hours to fully cure and bond.

In case of skin or eye contact flush with warm water. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
